(formerly Wuxi Qianzhou Dongyang Equipment Factory) specializes in manufacturing head spin-forming equipment sets, including drum-pressing machines, edge-flanging machines, and edge-cutting machines. Our product lines feature the German T‑shaped design and the Italian straight‑line design. The company occupies a site of 20,000 square meters, with a building area of 15,000 square meters and fixed assets totaling 88 million yuan, making it currently one of China’s leading production bases for head spin-forming equipment.

Quality leadership, unique design, excellent handling, and high cost-performance are the company’s key strengths. The heads produced by our spinning process are smooth, with minimal wheel marks, good roundness, slight wall thinning, and high output—widely recognized in the head‑making industry and firmly established as a brand. Our West German‑style head spinning machines offer advantages such as easy and natural pulling during spinning, stable centering that prevents the head from drifting off axis, and a broad processing range. Meanwhile, the Italian‑style head spinning machines deliver a more robust and steady performance during operation. Therefore, for medium and small‑size heads, we employ the West German (T‑shaped) machine for its nimble handling, while for large‑size heads we opt for the Italian (straight‑type) machine to ensure stability. By fully leveraging the distinct strengths and benefits of both the West German and Italian spinning machines, we help customers produce heads that are superior, more efficient, and more competitive. In addition, we offer short delivery times—typically four months—and quick installation—usually one month.

Our company is a member of the China Forging and Pressing Association and has been recognized as a “Quality-Trustworthy Enterprise (Product)” in Jiangsu Province and a “Famous and High-Quality Enterprise (Product)” in China. In July 2014, at the Seventh Congress of the Head Forming Committee of the China Forging and Pressing Association, our company was elected as an executive committee member of the seventh term. In June 2018, we were named the “Best Partner” by the Head Forming Committee of the China Forging and Pressing Association. In July 2019, at the China International Metal Forming Exhibition, our head spinning unit was selected as a key recommended product in the advanced special-forming machinery category, and our company was honored as an “Outstanding Stamping Equipment Supplier.” In December 2020, we were certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
